Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and hiring strategies
- Engage and attract talent through creative sourcing strategies across diverse channels
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in enterprise environments
- Deep experience recruiting in tech, including infrastructure, software development, AI/ML, and systems architecture
- Familiarity with immigration processes and compensation structures involving equity/stock options
- Experience supporting executive stakeholders and C-level hiring initiatives
