Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of individuals, providing support and individualized employment services
• Engage in communication with support teams and advocate for the individuals served
• Organize details such as scheduling, transportation, and employer communication

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a Department of Human Services background study
• 1+ years of experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Credentialing in the MN Employment Services field is required
