Key Responsibilities
- Manage all internal HR-related matters for the regional business portfolio
- Lead HR integration for acquisitions, including due diligence and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with local leadership to implement HR initiatives and improve employee retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in an HR professional role
- CIPD level 5 certification or above is an advantage
- Knowledge of British employment laws is mandatory; knowledge of European, US, and Canadian laws is advantageous
- Legally authorized to work in the UK
