Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all internal HR-related matters for the regional business portfolio
• Lead HR integration for acquisitions, including due diligence and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with local leadership to implement HR initiatives and improve employee retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in an HR professional role
• CIPD level 5 certification or above is an advantage
• Knowledge of British employment laws is mandatory; knowledge of European, US, and Canadian laws is advantageous
• Legally authorized to work in the UK
