A company is looking for a Total Rewards Director to lead and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of benefits and compensation programs
- Collaborate with leadership to address challenges in attracting and retaining talent
- Manage compensation projects and ensure market competitiveness of programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Finance or related field required; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits
- 7+ years of leadership experience
- Experience building and implementing a compensation system from scratch
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compensation modules in UKG Pro is a plus
