Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Director to lead and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of benefits and compensation programs
  • Collaborate with leadership to address challenges in attracting and retaining talent
  • Manage compensation projects and ensure market competitiveness of programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Finance or related field required; MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience building and implementing a compensation system from scratch
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compensation modules in UKG Pro is a plus
