A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Caregiver Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruiting process for caregivers, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system workflow
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting
  • Experience hiring 40+ employees per month
  • Education level: Associate degree or higher
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
