Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process for caregivers, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system workflow
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Experience hiring 40+ employees per month
- Education level: Associate degree or higher
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
