Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner for US & India Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, exits, HRMS updates, and compliance documentation for US employees while coordinating with India HR
- Design and implement people programs and engagement initiatives for US teams in collaboration with leadership
- Serve as the first responder for HR queries and support US hires from interview scheduling to integration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a global, high-growth organization
- Strong working knowledge of US labor laws; familiarity with India employment practices is a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems; experience with global platforms preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations
