Key Responsibilities
- Administers various employee benefits plans and processes related transactions
- Answers inquiries regarding benefits and human resources programs
- Coordinates annual open enrollment activities and manages vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional experience in benefits administration
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Strong knowledge of HRIS/benefits administration systems
- In-depth knowledge of benefit-specific guidelines such as ERISA and HIPAA
- Ability to oversee day-to-day operations of employee benefit plans
