A company is looking for a HRO Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers various employee benefits plans and processes related transactions
  • Answers inquiries regarding benefits and human resources programs
  • Coordinates annual open enrollment activities and manages vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Five or more years of professional experience in benefits administration
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS/benefits administration systems
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit-specific guidelines such as ERISA and HIPAA
  • Ability to oversee day-to-day operations of employee benefit plans
