Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting cycle including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external agencies to identify suitable candidates
- Organize and maintain the applicant tracking system while participating in job fairs and recruiting events
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in an MSP or technology field
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments is acceptable
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and motivated approach to recruiting tasks
- Ability to balance candidate care with hiring manager expectations
