Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, Footwear & Apparel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and build relationships with business leaders to perform search and recruitment engagements
• Manage full-cycle search engagements in key areas such as innovation, footwear/apparel product, and merchandising
• Utilize market insights to engage and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Deep understanding of creative passive sourcing strategies
• Expert knowledge of recruiting practices, including interviewing and assessment skills
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
