Key Responsibilities
- Develop and build relationships with business leaders to perform search and recruitment engagements
- Manage full-cycle search engagements in key areas such as innovation, footwear/apparel product, and merchandising
- Utilize market insights to engage and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Deep understanding of creative passive sourcing strategies
- Expert knowledge of recruiting practices, including interviewing and assessment skills
- Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
