Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting pipeline across multiple roles and ensure efficient candidate movement through the process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design structured interview processes and provide guidance on best practices
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure engagement and represent the organization's values during the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with a successful track record of filling various roles
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
• Experience running structured and equitable interview processes
• Familiarity with tools such as BambooHR, Asana, and Google Suite
