Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills with a successful track record of filling various roles
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- Experience running structured and equitable interview processes
- Familiarity with tools such as BambooHR, Asana, and Google Suite
