Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly hiring goals and manage roles from requisition creation to offer acceptance
- Provide market intelligence to hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of successful recruiting experience in an AI or SaaS startup environment
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting for both Executive and Go-To-Market positions
- Proven ability to adopt AI tools for improved productivity and efficiency
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies and tools informed by market intelligence
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS is preferred
