Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with directors and operations teams
- Manage recruitment processes, including initial phone screenings and campus recruiting events
- Develop marketing strategies to meet hiring goals and ensure minimum staffing requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
- Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
- Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology
- Experience with ICIMS is a plus
