Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve HR functions, creating and updating policies in compliance with laws
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, enhancing communication and addressing HR needs
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring staff engagement and support
Required Qualifications
- Five to seven years of experience in human resources within a non-profit setting
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR policies and systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; master's degree is a plus
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with payroll, benefits, and talent management systems
