Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and government contracting requirements
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and develop HR policies to align with regulatory changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification is highly desirable
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources within the Federal Marketplace
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, particularly in government contracting environments
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
