A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and government contracting requirements
• Oversee the full recruitment life cycle and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and develop HR policies to align with regulatory changes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• SHRM or HRCI certification is highly desirable
• 10 years of experience in Human Resources within the Federal Marketplace
• Proven experience in HR leadership roles, particularly in government contracting environments
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
