Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions during a temporary leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and maintain employee personnel files
• Advise on employee relations issues and manage offboarding processes
• Support administration of employee benefit plans and respond to HR inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
• Experience supporting a government contractor is preferred
