Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage a roadmap for HR process and technology transformation
- Drive change management initiatives and ensure effective utilization of HR technology and processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in HR transformation or HRIS leadership roles
- Strong experience with HRIS systems, including implementation and data management
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
- 3+ years experience managing HR technology vendors
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
