Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in HR transformation or HRIS leadership roles
• Strong experience with HRIS systems, including implementation and data management
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
• 3+ years experience managing HR technology vendors
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
