A company is looking for an HR Analyst to collect, analyze, and report on HR processes and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources
- Analyze data for trends related to attrition, turnover, and compliance
- Support HR Business Leaders in performance management and participate in ad hoc HR projects
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR-related areas such as employee relations or HR reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
