Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst to collect, analyze, and report on HR processes and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources
  • Analyze data for trends related to attrition, turnover, and compliance
  • Support HR Business Leaders in performance management and participate in ad hoc HR projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR-related areas such as employee relations or HR reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
  • Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
