Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter responsible for high-volume recruiting and onboarding of clinical personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical personnel based on staffing needs
• Collaborate with the Clinical team on the selection process and maintain an active pipeline of candidates
• Support the development of recruitment processes and ensure compliance with employment-related laws

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting for clinical personnel
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Proven experience with ATS and scheduling applications
• In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Must reside in the US
