Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates
- Schedule a high volume of interviews and manage candidate flow through the Applicant Tracking System
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and manage internal recruiting systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience with high volume scheduling
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting systems management
- Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to manage multiple high priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with confidential data
