Key Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business strategy into talent strategy and align people strategies with business objectives
- Guide leaders through organizational change initiatives and develop change management plans
- Advise on team member relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience or related business industry experience
- 8+ years in an HR Business Partner/People Partner role or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in insurance underwriting, claims, customer service, or operations
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and collaboration tools like Slack and Google Suite
