A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local leadership to develop strategic goals related to employment functions
- Facilitate positive employee relations and ensure legal compliance with HR strategies
- Administer recruitment, training, and personnel record maintenance while supporting employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Solid knowledge of office programs and ability to learn HRIS systems
- Current knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- SHRM and/or HRCI Certification preferred
