Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer employee leave of absence requests, including FMLA, ADA, and other types of leaves
- Manage day-to-day benefit operations and support annual open enrollment
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leave administration and benefits management
- Knowledge of compliance regulations such as FMLA, HIPAA, and ADA
- Ability to track and maintain accurate records
- Experience in collaborating with HR and payroll departments
- Availability for a project-based consulting opportunity with 15-20 hours per week
