Job Summary
A company is looking for an I-9 Administrator to support I-9 clients and ensure compliance with documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video calls with client employees to verify I-9 documentation and complete Form I-9
- Review completed Form I-9 for accuracy and resolve discrepancies related to I-9 and E-Verify
- Provide guidance to clients on the I-9 process and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or two years of customer service-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior HR or I-9 experience
- Experience prioritizing multiple work items and analyzing documents
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Experience with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
