A company is looking for a Director, Compensation to join their HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive programs
- Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases and promotions
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations on pay structures and compliance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in compensation or HR analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data
- Knowledge of compensation principles and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is a plus
