Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compensation to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive programs
  • Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases and promotions
  • Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations on pay structures and compliance
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in compensation or HR analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and compliance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is a plus
