Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in talent roles, particularly in clinical hiring
- Experience from either agency or in-house talent acquisition
- Ability to work independently as the sole Talent Partner in the region
- Experience in conducting interviews and screening candidates at various levels
- Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to engaging top talent
