Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Provider Enrollment team
• Manage personnel, including motivating, developing, and coaching team members
• Review and categorize denials, and prepare/write-off submissions timely

Required Qualifications

• 0-4+ years of experience in people management
• 5-7+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in a multi-state/multi-specialty environment
• Strong experience in managing work distribution and prioritizing tasks
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Experience in training and retraining team members as needed
