Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their People team and lead talent acquisition efforts during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Manage recruitment operations, including optimizing ATS and supporting DEI hiring initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in agency PR, communications, or marketing environments
• Proven success in sourcing and closing high-quality talent
• Experience with campus and internship recruiting programs
• Solid understanding of recruiting operations and applicant tracking systems
• Passion for inclusive hiring practices and delivering high-quality candidate experiences
