Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Manage recruitment operations, including optimizing ATS and supporting DEI hiring initiatives
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience in agency PR, communications, or marketing environments
- Proven success in sourcing and closing high-quality talent
- Experience with campus and internship recruiting programs
- Solid understanding of recruiting operations and applicant tracking systems
- Passion for inclusive hiring practices and delivering high-quality candidate experiences
