Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related role
- Project management experience preferred
- Comprehensive expertise in HR principles and relevant laws and regulations
- Strong business acumen to understand and impact firm performance
