Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure smooth hiring processes across multiple departments
- Keep recruiting tools accurate and up to date while supporting reporting and recruiting operations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a related role
- Familiarity with ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to shifting needs
- Experience working and scheduling with remote, global time zones
- Strong organizational and time management skills
