Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Benefit Integration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of benefit data file feeds between various platforms and vendors
- Analyze specifications to map and configure data feeds according to required formats and protocols
- Perform end-to-end testing of file feeds and monitor ongoing data feeds for accuracy and integrity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 6 months plus of experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or data integration
- Familiarity with EDI formats, especially 834 Benefit Enrollment files
- Working knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits
- Experience with benefits administration platforms is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
