Key Responsibilities

  • Manages projects related to annual merit increases and incentive payouts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in job evaluation, pay equity analysis, and data analysis
  • All relevant certifications required upon hire
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Project management experience is preferred
