Key Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive analysis of compensation issues and prepares recommendations
- Provides compensation consulting and guidance to human resources and hiring leaders
- Manages projects related to annual merit increases and incentive payouts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in job evaluation, pay equity analysis, and data analysis
- All relevant certifications required upon hire
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Project management experience is preferred
