Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business & GTM Recruiter (Contract, 3 - 4 months).

Key Responsibilities

• Build role descriptions, scorecards, and manage hiring processes for business and GTM functions
• Source top-tier talent through various channels and lead debriefs with interview teams
• Create a high-touch candidate experience and communicate effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in agency, startup, and best-in-class recruiting environments
• A BA in communications, psychology, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Technical expertise in building scorecards and configuring ATS processes
• Proven sourcing skills and a GTM mindset around recruiting
• Ability to assess skills, values, and organizational fit quickly
