A company is looking for a Senior Business & GTM Recruiter (Contract, 3 - 4 months).
Key Responsibilities
- Build role descriptions, scorecards, and manage hiring processes for business and GTM functions
- Source top-tier talent through various channels and lead debriefs with interview teams
- Create a high-touch candidate experience and communicate effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders
Required Qualifications
- Experience in agency, startup, and best-in-class recruiting environments
- A BA in communications, psychology, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical expertise in building scorecards and configuring ATS processes
- Proven sourcing skills and a GTM mindset around recruiting
- Ability to assess skills, values, and organizational fit quickly
