Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex client payroll implementations and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex client payroll implementations and tailor solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain data integrity through data entry, validation, and reconciliation tasks across various payroll frequencies
• Act as the primary point of escalation for advanced payroll issues and mentor other payroll specialists

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or support with payroll systems or HR technology products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex payroll system issues with a client-first approach
• Proven experience in mentoring team members and leading client-facing discussions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously
