Staffing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Specialist, Contingent Workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and agency vendors
• Ensure a quality pool of candidates through vendor and self-sourcing strategies
• Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workforce requisitions from onboarding to offboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Contingent Workforce program operations, Staffing/Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition
• Experience in software or technology services organizations is preferred
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Start-up experience and ability to scale in a fast-growing company is highly desired
