Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staffing Specialist, Contingent Workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and agency vendors
- Ensure a quality pool of candidates through vendor and self-sourcing strategies
- Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workforce requisitions from onboarding to offboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Contingent Workforce program operations, Staffing/Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition
- Experience in software or technology services organizations is preferred
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Start-up experience and ability to scale in a fast-growing company is highly desired
