Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in shared service support and analytics in a tech environment
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP is a plus
- Proficient in HR Operations principles and practices
