Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to recruit, screen, and hire healthcare professionals for the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement independent recruiting strategies to evaluate and select healthcare workers based on client needs
• Cultivate a network of potential healthcare workers and utilize various tools for recruitment
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and complete weekly recruitment reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
• Experience supporting recruiting for a large healthcare or hospital system
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting regulations, policies, and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media recruitment sources
