Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate candidate databases and complete weekly recruitment reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
- Experience supporting recruiting for a large healthcare or hospital system
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting regulations, policies, and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media recruitment sources
