Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale the offshoring strategy, ensuring integration of offshore employees into company culture
- Design and execute a workforce model that aligns work with appropriate resources, translating strategy into business metrics
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption in workforce processes and provide strategic insights to executives on workforce decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, business operations, or organizational design
- Proven experience in offshoring and contingent workforce management
- Hands-on experience with EOR models and global labor laws
- Experience in supporting strategic transactions like M&A and divestitures
