Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Lead, Payroll Quality & Compliance (APAC/EMEA/Americas).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outsourced payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Oversee payroll vendor onboarding and maintain payroll controls and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage relationships with external payroll vendors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing vendors in a multi-country payroll role
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance frameworks across APAC/EMEA/AMER
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation
- Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment preferred
- Familiarity with payroll platforms is advantageous
