Key Responsibilities
- Own BambooHR configuration and governance, including data normalization and automated workflows
- Build a cohesive global policy framework for hiring, onboarding, and employee relations while aligning country variations
- Create training materials and playbooks for administrators and managers
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with a global remit
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR administration, including workflows and reporting
- Demonstrated success in aligning multi-country HR policies and processes
- Experience with integrations and HR data governance
- Strong documentation and training delivery skills
