Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Contract, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build renewal workbooks, perform spreadsheeting and data validation
• Draft benefit communications and support compliance-related documentation
• Conduct peer reviews and quality checks for internal deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in a benefits analyst or similar role
• Familiarity with large group plans (100-5,000 MELs)
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Suite
• Experience drafting benefits-related documents
• Understanding of financial structures in benefits plans
