- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles, partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview plans
- Own the configuration and optimization of the ATS, building dashboards and streamlining workflows
- Lead employer branding initiatives, developing content for the careers page and supporting diversity and referral campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across tech and GTM functions
- Experience in a high-growth startup or early-stage environment
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building ATS systems and workflows
- Strategic mindset with a builder mentality focused on improving processes
- Passion for creating inclusive candidate experiences
