Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Talent, and Recruiting modules
• Collaborate with HR Tech and other teams to address business needs
• Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5+ years overall HRIS experience, with 3+ years in Workday configuration
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Workday reporting and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
