Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Services Coordinator for a part-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance
- Follow the tuition policy of all corporate clients
- Process cases and help tickets submitted by employees
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- High level of computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work up to 40 hours/week during peak seasons
- Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred
