Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Services Coordinator for a part-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance
  • Follow the tuition policy of all corporate clients
  • Process cases and help tickets submitted by employees
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work up to 40 hours/week during peak seasons
  • Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred
