A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate U.S. and Canada new hire benefits orientations and support Open Enrollment activities
- Provide employee support by answering questions, resolving issues, and handling complex cases
- Monitor benefits administration processes, including payroll changes, audits, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR field
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strict confidentiality of employee and company data is required
- BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required
