A company is looking for a Recruiter to drive hiring efforts within their growing divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and place top talent, including internal mobility opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and behavioral interviewing
- Proficient in sourcing passive candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards
