Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to drive hiring efforts within their growing divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, engage, and place top talent, including internal mobility opportunities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and behavioral interviewing
  • Proficient in sourcing passive candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards
