Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates' resumes and verify qualifications
• Source candidates for high-priority openings through various methods
• Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding and closing offers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education/experience
• 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
• Experience with G Suite software
• Ability to pass a background check
