Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide succession planning and talent reviews for critical roles
- Strategic lead for organizational design initiatives, including role architecture and operating model alignment
- Partner with senior leaders to embed talent and design principles into business planning
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Design, or related HR leadership roles
- Proven experience leading organizational design in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical capability with fluency in workforce planning and talent analytics
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, OD, or Business preferred
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industries preferred
