Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management and Organizational Design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide succession planning and talent reviews for critical roles
  • Strategic lead for organizational design initiatives, including role architecture and operating model alignment
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed talent and design principles into business planning
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Design, or related HR leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading organizational design in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong analytical capability with fluency in workforce planning and talent analytics
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, OD, or Business preferred
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industries preferred
