Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish working relationships with hiring managers and candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate interview details
  • Create and deliver candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, and manage new hire materials and databases
  • Manage complex interview schedules and background checks while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in recruiting coordination and administration in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with managing shifting priorities and time-sensitive tasks
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams
