Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve HR's Crisis Management Playbook and protocols
- Lead HR's response during real-time incidents and coordinate employee support activities
- Facilitate training exercises and maintain educational materials for crisis management
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Crisis Management, or Business Continuity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of HR operations and emergency response principles
- Experience in managing crisis response efforts across multiple regions
- Familiarity with systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and International SOS (ISOS) preferred
