Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee experience
- Support the Chief People Officer in optimizing the HR team's productivity and engagement
- Manage major people and talent transformation projects, including stakeholder communication and project planning
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of HR or related experience, with a focus on analytics and project management
- Experience in a top management consultancy and at least one startup is preferred
- Strong systems-thinking approach to problem-solving and analytical tool integration
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and advanced Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
