Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People and Talent Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee experience
• Support the Chief People Officer in optimizing the HR team's productivity and engagement
• Manage major people and talent transformation projects, including stakeholder communication and project planning

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of HR or related experience, with a focus on analytics and project management
• Experience in a top management consultancy and at least one startup is preferred
• Strong systems-thinking approach to problem-solving and analytical tool integration
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and advanced Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
